Welcome to FlirtApp. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the service.

FlirtApp is a work of fiction sold as entertainment. Conversations are generated in real time by an AI model and do not reflect the opinions, intentions, or availability of any human being.

To use the service you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account.

You must register with the same email address used at checkout, otherwise your subscription cannot be linked to your account automatically.

You may not create an account if you are under 18, if you have previously been removed from the platform, or on behalf of another person.

FlirtApp is a paid subscription. Payments are processed by Hotmart, our authorized payment provider. Prices, billing cycles, and currency are shown at checkout before you pay.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future charges and your access continues until the end of the period already paid for.

We may change prices for future billing cycles. Any change will be communicated in advance and will never apply retroactively to a period you have already paid.

You agree not to:

• Use the service if you are under 18 years old
• Share, resell, or transfer access to your account
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or automate access to the platform
• Copy, redistribute, or republish content from the platform
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose

Any content or request involving minors is strictly forbidden and will result in immediate termination and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement. This applies to explicit content, suggestive content, and roleplay of any kind.

We also prohibit content involving non-consent, violence, threats, harassment, and impersonation of real individuals.

All content on FlirtApp — including profiles, images, text, software, and branding — is owned by us or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property law. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to access the service. It does not transfer ownership of anything.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", for entertainment purposes only. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

FlirtApp is not a counseling, therapy, or companionship service and is not a substitute for professional support of any kind.

Your use of FlirtApp is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect and how we use it.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or by email. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

You may delete your account at any time from your settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with no refund where the violation involves prohibited content.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of business. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
