FlirtApp respects the intellectual property of others and expects users to do the same. We respond to properly submitted notices of claimed infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and comparable law.

2. About Our Content

All companion profiles and images on FlirtApp are AI-generated. They do not depict real people and are not sourced from third-party photographs. If you nonetheless believe content on our platform infringes your rights, tell us and we will investigate.

3. How to Report

A valid notice must include all of the following:

  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the copyrighted work you claim was infringed
  • The exact URL or location of the material on our platform
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
  • A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf

4. Where to Send It

Send notices to support@useflirtapp.online with "DMCA" in the subject line. Incomplete notices may delay processing.

5. What Happens Next

We review valid notices within 5 business days. If the claim is substantiated we remove or disable access to the material and notify the user who posted it, where applicable.

6. Counter-Notice

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice including your signature, identification of the removed material and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was an error, and your contact information and consent to jurisdiction.

7. Repeat Infringers

We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.

8. False Claims

Knowingly submitting a false notice of infringement carries legal consequences, including liability for damages and attorneys' fees. Please be certain before you file.
