We offer a 30-day money back guarantee. If the product isn't for you, you get your money back.

You are eligible for a full refund when:
- The request is made within 30 days of the charge
- The charge was made by our official payment provider, Hotmart
- The account has not been terminated for prohibited content
This covers the one-time $9.90 lifetime access purchase and any add-on bought through Hotmart.
3. Not Eligible
- Requests made more than 30 days after the charge
- Charges already refunded or reversed
- Accounts terminated for content involving minors or other prohibited use
- Purchases made through unauthorized resellers
4. How to Request
Email support@useflirtapp.online from the email address used at checkout, with the word "refund" in the subject. That is all we need to find your purchase.
You may also request the refund directly through Hotmart, using the receipt they sent you at the time of purchase.
5. Processing Time
We approve eligible requests within 2 business days. After approval, the money is returned by the same method used for payment. Card refunds usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank; PayPal is typically faster.
6. No Subscription to Cancel
FlirtApp access is a one-time payment, not a subscription. You are charged once and never billed again, so there is nothing to cancel to stop future charges. If you want your money back, request a refund within 30 days.
7. After the 30-Day Window
After 30 days the purchase is final. Your lifetime access remains active for as long as your account exists and FlirtApp operates the service.
8. Unrecognized Charges
If you see a charge you do not recognize, contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. We can identify the transaction and resolve it faster than a chargeback, which can take weeks.
